He was predeceased by: his parents, William Smith Morse and Elnora Maureen Mulvey (Schoenborn); his stepfather Charles Mulvey; and his brother James Morse. He is survived by: his son Bill III; his wife Colleen Ann Moore of Ocean Park, Washington.; his son Geoff; his siblings, Mary Mulvey (Puck), Alice Flaherty, Laura Bell, Shannon Tetz and Matthew Mulvey; his niece Kim Morse Stewart; and his sister-in-law Jane Morse Young. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and an extended network of family and friends.

The family plans to hold a private gathering later in the year to lay his ashes to rest and requests no flowers or gifts.
