He was predeceased by : his parents, Nancy and Martha. He is survived by : his wife Betty Jo Cummings; his children, Nathan Cummings (Crystal), Marcus Cummings (Janine) and Jessica Mendoza (Juan); his siblings, Albert, Sandy, Lola, Cathy and Mary; and his grandchildren, Leticia, Nathan Jr., Ayana, Aisha, Riley, Dexter, Henry and Ashley. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
