He is survived by: his wife Imogene Bell (Jean); his daughters, Krista Bell and Julia Bell; his niece Tammy Hedrich; his nephew Jamie Edwards; his great-nieces, Collette Simmons and Tina Jack; and his siblings, Joe Bell of Lake Chelan, WA, E. S. Bell, Jr. of Anacortes, WA and Joyce Parish of Wenatchee, WA.. He is also survived by his family, friends.
