She is survived by : her brothers, Lyle and Clifford Wayne; her husband Neil Cook; her children, Becky Cook, Rory (Debra Cook), Leanne (Bob Bafus) and Alisa Cook (Floyd Klinkenberg); her grandchildren, Kendra Cook, Cassie (Andrew Ladwig), Victoria (Mark Riberio), Ira (Rachel Conger), Jeff (Candice Bafus) and Samantha (Jaelen Pace); and her great grandchildren, Ava, Emily Ladwig, Larita, Stella Riberio, Zion, Serenity, Matthew, Aria Conger and Hannah Pace.
