She is survived by: her children, Rev. Mark Halaas (Gwen) of Moorhead, Minnesota, Rev. David Halaas (Bishop Lorna) of Sioux City, Iowa, Rev. John Hulden (Rebecca) of Taylors Falls, Minnesota and Dr. Beth Halaas (Rob Driscoll) of Cheney, Washington; her grandchildren, Katie, Rev. Per (Emily), Joseph (Andrew), Dr. Liv (Andrew), Erik (Mallory), Maren (John), Brian, Carl (Vincent), Britta (Michael), Jens, Audrey and Robert; her great grandchildren, Bror and Loanna; her grandchildren, Anelise, Adrian, Casper, Wallace, Isaac, Elliot, August, Julian and Greta; and her siblings, Gayle Bummer (Montana) of Billings and John Brenden (Carol) of Scobey, Montana. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, step-grandchildren; and many relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be shared with the Concordia College, Moorhead, Minnesota, Class of 1949 Scholarship Fund.
