She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mervyn D. Forrest and Scherry A. Sapp; her husband Jason Moore; her children, Kevin Mellick (Hannah Mellick) and Mackenzie Moore-Rogers (Nick Rogers); and her grandchildren, Theodore and Clementine Mellick.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Asotin City Park (Asotin Creek Rd, Asotin, WA 99403).
