He is survived by: his wife Maria; his children, Junior Rubio (Tosha) of Lewiston, Arcelia Rubio of Clarkston, Wash and RoxAnne Perez (Christopher) of Tucson, Ariz.; and his friend Maria Rubio of Leakey. He is also survived by his nine grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren.
