He was predeceased by : his parents, Ted Hubbs and Hazel Hubbs; and his nephew Gary Hubbs Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Debbie Hubbs; his siblings, Gary Hubbs (Kay) and Barbara Hubbs; his children, Justin Hubbs (Allicia), Matt Hubbs (Shandrea) and Wendy Ramos (Marcos); his brothers-in-law, Vernon Scoggin (Vicki), Frank Scoggin (Eileen) and Ron Broyles (Pennie); and also Jared Broyles (Erin). He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
