It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Geraldine Rose Akkerman of Clarkston, Washington, who passed away on December 29, 2022, at the age of 75, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Emma Middleton (McFarland) and Arthur Harold Middleton. She is survived by: her sister Haroldene Ann Wenstrom (Helmer); her children, Misty Banks (Bob), Edward Akkerman and Todd Akkerman; and her grandchildren, Shayleigh, Jamie Banks, Macinzie, Brandon and Mia Akkerman. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Geraldine attended First Assembly of God/Valley Christian Center in Lewiston, and would support and donate to a lot of Christian organizations, including to the 700 Club.
