He was predeceased by : his parents, Oscar Murray Stout, Sr. and Dorothy Darlene Stout (Mitchell); his siblings, Shirley Harvey (Stout) and James Stout; and his brother-in-law Loren Harvey.
He is survived by : his former life partner Marilyn Ann Fairbanks; his daughters, Lisa Snodderly (Stout) and Julie Jackson (Stout); his son-in-law Michael; his grandsons, Rowdy Snodderly (Sara), Tyler Snodderly and Logan Jackson; his great grandchild Rowan Snodderly; and his siblings, Oscar "Bud" Stout Jr., Dixie Morris (Stout), Terry Stout and Theresa.
