She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Yager and Pearl Yager; her husband Bob; her son Wayne Zipse; and her sister Betty Coats.
She is survived by: her children, Brian Zipse (Linda) and Jodell "Jody" Earl (Aaron); her daughter-in-law Marilyn Zipse; her sister Billie Stenzel of Evans, Colorado.; her grandchildren, Kyle Zipse (Camas), Brayton Zipse (Courtney), Charly Lynch (Amanda), Pate Earl (Jillian), Jaci Gillie (Ryan), Leigh Zipse (Jennifer) and Kellyn (Nathan); and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie, Maliyah, Odin, Deklyn, Weston, Cheyenne, Ella, Jake, Owen, Colson, Colt and Suede.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made in Joy's honor to the Tri-State Hospital Foundation or the Asotin County Fair Livestock Auction.
