He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Ann Garges; and his parents, Eugene W. Garges and Anna L. Marston. He is survived by: his former wife Kathy Mulvaney; his children, Christopher Mulvaney and Laura Comacho; his granddaughter Kayla Alford (Everett); and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Landin, Elliot, Deacon and Kamden.
