He was predeceased by: his parents, Bertha Elizabeth Wolf and Clifford Clay O'Kelley; his spouse Shirley May Jefferies O'Kelley; and his grandson Michael Ryan O'Kelley. He is survived by: his brother Michael William "Bill" O'Kelley (Patty); his daughter Ann O'Kelley Wetmore (Phil); and his sibling's children, John Kip (Melissa), Patrick Duff (Laura), Shaun Clay Aloysius (Debbie), Michael Shannon (Tyra), Blaine David, Darin Edward (Karin) and Brady O'Brian (Kristen). He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

Memorial donations may be made to Holy Family Catholic School in Clarkston.
