She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Smith and Dovie Smith; her siblings, Glenn, Gordon, Junior, Gerald, Lawrence Smith, June Kloepfer and Mary Wilson; and her son Randy Lee Dykes.

She is survived by: her son Peter Frederick Aguirre; her grandchildren, Jonathan Lee Dykes, Christian Tabak and Kathleen Tabak; her nieces, Rolanda Ayers, Elizabeth Smith and Linda Widomski (Chester); her great-niece Jolise Proffitt; and her goddaughters, LeeAnn Pinion (David) and Janelle Kelly (Kevin).
