She was predeceased by : her parents, Fred Cusworth and Lorraine Cusworth (Dalisky); her husband Norm Bland; and her stepfather Val Zrebiec. She is survived by : her grandchildren, Kelsy Maloney (Clift), Stephen Bland and Mike Clift; and her daughter Dianna Bland (Paul). She is also survived by three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions in Judy's honor are suggested to the St. Jude's Children Hospital or to the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection in Roslyn.
