Rubin; her children, Gwen Nolan (Greg) of Colfax and Jay Rubin (Kathy) of Colfax; and her grandsons, Coleman Williams (Tavia), Jason Nolan, Andrew Nolan (Hanna), Jared Ledbetter and Bryan Rubin. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren.

The family suggests memorial donations to the Onecho Bible Church, the Onecho Cemetery, or to the Alzheimer's Association, Spokane-Pullman Chapter, 316 W Boone Ave # 670, Spokane, WA 99201.
