He was predeceased by: his former wife Yvonne Vivian Nelson; his father Ed Hamilton; his sister Vivian Harder; his brother-in-law William Harder Sr.; his nephews, William Jr. (Billy), Kurt and Eric of Kahlotus, Washington; and his siblings-in-law, Jack, Betty Nelson of Wichita, Kansas, Dwyla Nelson of Hayden, Idaho, Bill Nelson of Sandpoint, Idaho, Malcolm, Glenna Robertson of Spokane, Washington, Carol Robertson of Lewiston, Idaho, Don and Ellen Rose Dixon of Spokane, Washington..
He is survived by: his wife Laura Beck (Robertson); his children, Jodie Young (Hamilton) of Colfax, Washington, Steve Hamilton (Margie) of Colfax, Washington and Daaron Hamilton (Soni) of Endicott, Washington; his stepchildren, Denise Beck of Spokane, Washington and Dustin Beck of Houston, Texas; his siblings-in-law, Barry Nelson (Buck) of Hayden, Idaho and Marcella Nelson of Sandpoint, Idaho; his cousin Gerald Mitchell (Janice) of Colfax, Washington; and his brother-in-law Wally Robertson of Lewiston, Idaho.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren, as well as a host of nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Community Building (322 Fair Grounds Rd, Colfax, WA 99111).
The family is requesting any donations be given to either the Palouse Empire Fairgrounds or the Endicott Cemetery.
