He is survived by: his wife Penny Whitehead; his children, Ronnie Bush (Vicki) of Salem, OR and Bobbi Bush New (Estrina); his grandson John Whitehead (Susan); and his children, Harry Whitehead (Penny), Vicky Mitchell (Tom) and Rebecca Dreiszus (Dale). He is also survived by two children and two grandchildren.
