She was predeceased by: her parents, Freddie Smith and Elizabeth Smith; and her husband Izzy Lopez. She is survived by: her son Terry Alex Smith (Alicia Lopez); and her sisters, Mary (Jay Long-Rita Tulloch-Julie), Kim (Shane O'Dell) and Toni McCandlist of Canada.
