She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Mount Vernon and Donna; and her children, Carolyn Paris (Pixie), George, Clinton, Peter (Robin) of Central Washington, Patrick (Mac) and Mary Clare Paris (Sam Howell). She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, Nancy requested that friends give a book to a child, write a letter to an old friend, or make a gift to St. Augustine's Episcopal Church, Freeland, for Community Outreach.
