He was predeceased by: his father Lloyd Eugene George; and his brother Clarence. He is survived by: his mother Bernice Darlene "Dar" Trobridge; his wife Glorene Bergmann; his brother Lloyd (Debbie); his children, Kassandra (Chuck), Kevin (Andrea), Kristie (Johal) and Kollin (JoJo); his grandchildren, Kaiden, Hunter, Hadleigh, Kai, Bodhi and Elliott; and his sister-in-law Lorie. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
