He was predeceased by: his parents, Orin Morgan and Ruby Morgan; his daughter Janet Morgan-Taylor; and his grandson Taylor Frame. He is survived by: his wife Rosalie of Dayton; his children, Michael Morgan (Mary) of Phoenix, AZ., Linda Mayfield (Leonard) of Chattaroy, WA. and Russell Morgan (Dana) of La Grande, OR.; his son-in-law Collin Taylor; his stepchildren, Greg Harting (Kim) of Hermiston, OR., Brian Harting (Karen) of Chewelah, WA., Diana Frame (DJ) of Dayton, WA. and Stephanie Chisholm (Cleve) of Lewiston, Idaho.; and his siblings, Cheryl Knox of Junction City, OR. and Albert Morgan of Boise, ID.. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren and 17 great-grandchildren.

A graveside service will be held on Saturday, November 14th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the Mountain View Cemetery (2120 S 2nd Ave, Walla Walla, WA 99362).
