Though William Victor may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the echoes of his kindness, the warmth of his embrace, and the light of his enduring love.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hinchliffe and Olive Hinchliffe. He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Lynn Hinchliffe (Steberl) and Raymond Dean Hinchliffe of Richland; his son-in-law Mike Steberl of Kennewick; his granddaughters, Sarah Steberl (Rory Eskeli) of West Richland and Mikayla Steberl (Izzy Aleman) of Las Vegas; his great grandchildren, Ava Eskeli and Owen Eskeli; and his close friends, Debbie Duran and Terra Newborrogh. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Waitsburg Cemetery. A celebration of life will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Waitsburg Town Hall (121 Main St, Waitsburg, WA 99361).
