He was predeceased by: his parents, Agatha Veronica Phillips (Carlin) and Hugh Martin Phillips; and his brother Joe Phillips. He is survived by: his wife Judith Phillips; his daughters, Jennifer Pence (Tiffany), Michelle Gersztyn (John), Kelsie Phillips and Samantha Phillips (Greg Nickles); his sister Margaret Hayes; and his brother-in-law Mike Brunner.
