He was predeceased by: his parents, Sidney Duane McNeil and Ada True Spencer; and his sisters, Janie and Linda. He is survived by: his wife Rita McNeill; his children, Barbie O'Neal (Aaron) of St. Petersburg, FL and John Duane McNeill (Aubrey) of Walla Walla, WA; and his sister Kristina Dee Brown of Walla Walla, WA. He is also survived by five grandchildren, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
