It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Candy Whaley (East Wenatchee, Washington), born in Oceanside, California, who passed away on February 7, 2026, at the age of 66, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Rick Whaley; her siblings, Sherry and Ted; her father Bob; her stepfather Butch; her mother Irene Dykes-Alexander; and her aunt Lorene Dykes-McCamey.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kristi Hills (Garrett) of Wenatchee, WA and Tifni Buchanan (Jay) of Gig Harbor, WA; her grandchildren, Arabella, Gabi and Brayden; and her siblings, Teresa, Marc, Guerry, Roberta, Linda, Rodney and Arlene.
