He is survived by: his parents, Jacque Bowen Phillips and James Phillips; his children, Tamara, Tyler, Talon (Myrna), Tsunami and Kim Gordon; his sister Leslie Phillips; his nieces, Madison and Alexandra; his aunt Gail (Harvey Jack); his great-aunt Charlotte Manley; and his cousins, Pamela Sisley, Jennifer Reese, John McHenry (Marsha), Irene McHenry, Harry, Jeff, Jesse Dearinger, Michele Reese, Kim Campbell (Paul), Shelly Phillips and Monica Davis (Dan). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
