We are sad to announce that on August 28, 2022, at the age of 96, Howard Messer (East Wenatchee, Washington) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ronald Messer and ViEva Messer; his wife Shirley; and his children, Sandi Noss (David), Keith Messer (Jackie), Norm Messer and Ronald Messer. He was also cherished by 7 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren.
