He is survived by: his wife Debi; his children, Joshua, Micah (Jenn), Adam (Terrell), Jon (Alaina), Jesse (Candice), Thomas, Anne and Maggie; and his siblings, Debbie Mayer (Kirk) and Terry (Zada). He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren and two great granddaughters.
