She is survived by: her husband Gary Bell of Leavenworth, WA; her mother Charlotte Garzone of Carmel Valley, CA; her sister Marian Downs of Carmel Valley, CA; her children, Timothy Keller of Mountlake Terrace, WA and Meredith Keller of Albuquerque, NM; her stepchildren, Anne Bell of Lake Stevens, WA and Richard Bell of Edmonds, WA.; her grandchildren, Reiyen and James; and her nephew Brian Downs.
A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Edmonds Plaza Room (650 Main St, Edmonds, WA 98020).
