He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Lee Allen Hoggins. He is survived by: his daughters, Vicki Hoggins and Kerry Hoggins Dollins (Scott Younggren); his grandchildren, Shannon Conrad, Hillary Massae Wagner (Erik) and Whitney Massae; his great grandchildren, Mercedes Taylor, Anthony Taylor, Andrew Taylor (AJ), Ayla Wagner and Emory Wagner; and his son Bob. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; his parents, siblings.
