Marlene Cerita (Watson) Brubaker Obituary

Long time Edmonds resident Marlene Brubaker passed away on Valentines day. She was born and raised in Spokane, Washington where she attended Lewis & Clark High School. She graduated from Washington State University and earned her Masters Degree at Trinity Theological Seminary in Newburg, Indiana.

Following her move to the Seattle area, Marlene began Stillwaters Counseling while raising a family and participating in a number of ministries, including Lamplighter Ministries, a national ministry fo- cused the United States of America and its leadership.
She, along with her husband, Bill, served as delegates to the U.S. State Department's 2nd Annual Ministerial Conference on Religious Freedom and attended the International School For Holocaust Studies in Jerusalem.

She was passionate about her God, her family and her country.

Marlene is survived by Bill, her husband of 58 years and daughters Terianne Brubaker of Spokane and Kathryn Claire Brubaker of Boulder Creek, California.
