He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Barbara, Charles, Judith and Howard; and his great-grandparents, Roxy Thompson and Grace Baum.
He is survived by: his parents, Lori and Dave; his sister Elisabeth; his aunt Linda; his uncles, Matt (Cindy) and Brian (Maggie); his cousins, Kelly (Andrew), Kristen, Lauren (Tyler), Tim (Jasmin), Steven, Jack, Annie, Anthony and Sean; his great-aunt Val (Joan); his great-uncles, Steve (Lynne), Ron (Sue) and David (Judy); and his close friends, Tyler and Natalie. He is also survived by many second cousins and other family members.
