He was predeceased by: his parents, Dan Neal and Margaret Neal; and his siblings, Mary Van Mere, Harvey Neal and Betty Burfitt.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Pig Slop Salad, Pepper Steak and Day; his wife Patsy Ethridge-Neal; his stepchildren, Gladys (Geoff), MaryAnne (Gordon) and Dale (Tara); his brother-in-law Don Burfitt; and his sibling's children, Dan Burfitt (Wendy) and Susan Isaacson (Tom). He is also survived by great-grand nieces and nephews and many cousins.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Pat's name can be made to the Edmonds Waterfront Center: Home of the Edmonds Senior Center.
