She was predeceased by: her parents, Fay Fielding Lind and William G. Lind. She is survived by: her children, Erik Stangvik and Heidi Stangvik; her granddaughters, Olivia and Allegra; and her stepdaughters, Christine, Mary, Teresa and LeeAnn. She is also survived by loving husbands, eight grandchildren, and twelve great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to the Susan G. Komen Foundation, honoring Shirley's spirit of compassion and generosity.
