She was predeceased by : her parents, Glen Hay and Emma Belle Hay (Clouse); her husband Fred; her sons, Jim and Steve; and her siblings, Melba Huntsinger and Phil Hay.

She is survived by : her children, Cyndie Phillips (Glenn Richardson) of Deer Park and Bob Shaw (Maureen Baker) of Rainier. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
