She was predeceased by : her parents, Donald Spangler and Jeannette Spangler (Walton); and her brother Fritz Spangler. She is survived by : her children, Lisa Spangler (Josh Fite), Haley Dorian (Jeremy) and Steven Smith; and her siblings, Shawn Cummings (Daniel) and Glen Spangler (Teresa). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren; nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
