He was predeceased by: his parents, Vern Barkus and Jean Barkus; his brother Gary; and his son Brian. He is survived by: his wife Jane Barkus; his children, Lisa Perry (John) and Tony Barkus (Annette Hollingshead); his grandsons, Tyler Perry (Lauryn), Steven Wagner, Zachary Perry and Nathan Barkus; and his great grandchildren, Hunter and Wesson Wagner. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
