He is survived by: his significant other Kay Wagner; his children, Tammy Jo DeShazo Tyler (Eddie), Crystal DeShazo and Bryce DeShazo (Savannah); his extended family, Angela Hedwall (David), Melanie Bruce (Ammon) and Krystal Wagner; his sisters, Marlene Dudley and Angela Wharton (Roger); and his pets, Max and Nora. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
