He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Heer and Shirley Heer; and his sister LuAnn Weisgerber. He is survived by: his siblings, Gayle Corativo (Chris) of Spokane, Ron Heer of Ephrata and Dianne Kliphardt (John) of Ephrata; and his children, Kevin Heer (Stacey) of Ephrata, Allan Heer (Erika) of Bothell, Lorna Bailey (William) of Cottage Grove and Leah Meulman of Ephrata. He is also survived by his 4 grandchildren and his great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
