It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Donald Scott Kindle of Evans, Washington, born in Carbondale, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 8, 2025, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Kindle and Mabel Kindle (Cole); his wife Ruth Miller; his sisters, Hermione Daly (Curt), Donna Wayland, Frances Moore (Joseph), Lucille Hessling (Robert) and Sharon Post (Michael); his brother-in-law Walter Martin; his brothers, Michael Kindle and James Kindle; and his nephews, Eric Moore and Garland Yarbrough.

He is survived by: his daughter Christine; his son-in-law Dave Erickson; his son Eric; his daughter-in-law Christie Kindle; his stepson Ronald Miller (Lisa); his grandchildren, Anthony Rivera (Abigail Choiniere), Marissa Truedson-Rivera (Nicole), Jonathan Kindle and Nicholas Kindle; his siblings-in-law, Paul Wayland and Sharre Martin; his friend Nancy Jenson; and his sibling's children, Brenda Hopson (Eric), Sharon Sidle (David), Sue Moore Gilles, Jennifer Yarbrough, Gayle Spruch (Art), Michelle Meckley (Jim), Karen Kindle DeHaan, Vicki Martin, Jennifer Satterfield, Amber Satterfield, Greg Wayland (Ratree), Randall Wayland (Heather), Jeffrey Wayland (Dorothy), James Moore (Jennifer), Joseph Moore (Leslie), Michael Hessling (Barbara), David Post, Stephen Post (Tammy), Michael Kindle, James Kindle Jr., Mark Kindle (Corinna Connors) and Dusty Martin (Judy).
