“So sorry to hear of Cleve's passing. We had similar career paths as postal inspectors, assigned to Las Vegas, Los Angeles and Seattle. It was always a pleasure working with Cleve and seeing him at the NARPI luncheons for many years. We were just with him in attendance at Jim Collins' funeral. He will be missed. Our sincere condolences to his family. Jim and Lana Foster”
