He is survived by: his children, Lisa (Elizabeth), Hendrickson (Ryan) and Andrew Frazier (Terri); and his grandchildren, Nicole, Laura Hendrickson, Cody, James, Anna and Lily Frazier. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
