Lars Gunnar Folkesson Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lars Gunnar Folkesson in Everett, Washington, who passed away on May 13, 2026, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As we bid adieu to Lars' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in his wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Lars has bequeathed us. For though he may have departed from our sight, his spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.

He was predeceased by: his parent Folke Gunnar Eriksson; and his grandmother Maria Eriksson. He is survived by: his brother Hans Lennart Folkesson; his wife April Folkesson; his son Tom Folkesson (Dawn); and his stepchildren, Mary Norman (Rick), Holly Selanders and Michael Selanders. He is also survived by his many nephews, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
