She is survived by: her son Larry Darnell Carter (Deborah); her stepson Rondell Carter; and her grandchildren, Dante Reese, Wendy Reed, Lauren Fiongos and Matthew Carter.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (4504 Broadway, Everett, WA 98203).
