He is survived by: his wife Kum Ja; his children, Jim, Tim, Konni, Lisa and Mike Jr.; and his caregiver Subin Mun. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren.
A memorial service was held on Thursday, September 10th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Evergreen Funeral Home (4504 Broadway, Everett, WA 98203).
