He was predeceased by: his daughter Pam (Reid). He is survived by: his wife Judi; and his children, Debbie Ivelia (Rick), Cheryl Bolton (Derek), Susan Bjorling (Eric) and Chris Petrik (Rebecca). He is also survived by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren, and numerous family members and friends.
