He was predeceased by: his parents, Loraine Fullner and Eileen Fullner (Gooding); his daughter Melody Fullner; his sister Myrna Henifin (Fullner); and his nephew Dale Henifin.
He is survived by: his wife Sheryl Fullner (Kindle) of Everson; his brother Marv Fullner (Kris); his son Paul Fullner (Emily); his grandchildren, Jay Fullner of Bellingham and Brynn Fullner of Everson; and his nieces and nephews, Sandi, Susie, Bob, Eric, Sara, Tad and Heidi. He is also survived by great-great-nieces, nephews, and cousins.
