She was predeceased by: her parents, Myrtle Harvey and Frank Harvey; and her brother Carl Harvey. She is survived by: her husband Howard Modell; her daughter Beth Seymour; and her grandchildren, Finn and Marceline Seymour.
A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the LDS Church (31816 47th Ave SW, Federal Way, WA 98023).
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Girl Scouts or K9's for Warriors Both are nonprofit organizations and it is a way to honor Celia's lifelong commitment to community service and love for animals.
