He was predeceased by: his wife Jeannette Burns; and his sisters, Fern Schoneman, Susan Rutherford and Jane Norgaard. He is survived by: his brother Bill Norgaard (Faye); and his daughters, Charlena "Boo" Eklund (David), Petres Allen (Tim), Cheryl Jensen (Joe), Marcia Becker (Robert) and Terri Smith (Rodney). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephew.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Bonney Watson Funeral Home (16445 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA 98188). A graveside service will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the Washington Memorial Park (16445 International Blvd, SeaTac, WA 98188).
